
Sales Director

Vitality Living is currently hiring for an experienced Sales Director with a proven record of success.
Responsibilities
Manage sales metrics such as calls, appointments, tours, closing sales (deposits), and move‑ins.
Secure deposits from prospective residents and assist the management team in coordinating the resident move‑in process.
Conduct virtual and in‑person tours of the community for professionals and community influencers.
Plan and host special events for both prospects and referral sources.
Report on sales, marketing, and occupancy activity and maintain an up‑to‑date CRM database.
Qualifications
3+ years of successful experience in leasing and sales, with senior housing experience preferred.
Demonstrated traits of accountability, high expectations, confidence, goal orientation, and a desire to succeed.
Sales skills including persuasiveness, customer service, active listening, and adherence to the company’s sales systems.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the expectation to conduct a predetermined number of outbound sales calls each day.
Strong computer skills, including experience with a CRM.
At least 21 years old.
Valid driver’s license and access to a car for outreach appointments.
Strong office presence and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at a minimum of intermediate level.
Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Sales or a related field (High School diploma or higher preferred).
