Dig One Enterprise Account Director – About this role The Dig One Enterprise Account Director is responsible for driving growth and expansion within Dig One’s highest-potential enterprise accounts. This commercial owner manages a named portfolio of existing clients, focusing on increasing Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through strategic upselling, stakeholder expansion, global activation, and consultative use‑case diversification.

Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Account Growth & Expansion

Lead expansion efforts across a named portfolio of Dig One’s highest-potential enterprise accounts

Drive stakeholder expansion, upsell opportunities, use‑case diversity, and global replicability

Identify and convert new revenue streams within existing accounts

Own and deliver against a quota tied to Net Revenue Retention (NRR) growth (incremental growth)

Commercial Ownership

Lead renewal and upsell conversations to maximize long‑term account value

Coordinate and support contract negotiations in partnership with leadership

Develop and execute Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

Oversee delegation of proposal development and commercial packaging

Cross-Functional Leadership

Partner closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Research Solutions, Consultants, and Sales to ensure strategic alignment across accounts

Translate complex business questions into scalable, platform‑first research programs

Guide scoping and solution design with an agile delivery mindset

Strategic Opportunity Identification

Proactively identify cross‑sell opportunities across Dig’s broader portfolio, including Custom Qualitative & Quantitative Research and Future Strategy & Innovation offerings

Bring forward innovative applications of Dig One technology to address evolving client needs

Experience, Skills and Requirements

8+ years of experience in Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or Commercial Strategy roles

Proven experience selling Market Research technology or SaaS solutions within the Consumer Insights ecosystem

Strong understanding of Consumer Insights functions and research methodologies

Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into technology‑enabled research solutions

Highly cross‑functional, collaborative mindset

Exceptional relationship‑building and executive stakeholder management skills

Strong commercial acumen with a growth‑oriented, entrepreneurial approach

High energy, proactive, and motivated by achieving and exceeding revenue targets
