Minimum Qualifications
Must be able to work a hybrid schedule onsite in Charlotte, NC.
To perform this job successfully, the individual in this position must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge, skills and ability required.
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four‑year college or university.
Minimum of five (5) years related experience and/or training with certification; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SCP strongly preferred or minimum of 10 years' proven generalist experience.
