Our Lamar office in Nashville, Tennessee is now hiring a new Sales Account Executive (salary + commission) to help us bring innovative outdoor advertising campaigns to life for brands in Nashville, TN and surrounding areas.

Comfortable with cold calling, both phone and in person.

Ability to give oral presentations and clearly articulate policies.

Education And Experience

Current and valid driver’s license.

College degree preferred.

Experience in outdoor advertising sales preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

CRM experience preferred.

A Day In The Life

Meet and exceed sales targets and monitor personal sales data.

Target businesses in the assigned area and visit existing Lamar and competitor accounts.

Maintain knowledge of local and national competition.

Cluster accounts for efficient work.

Identify growth areas and open new accounts.

Use Lamar tools to locate prospects, follow up leads, prepare proposals and presentations.

Develop presentation skills and knowledge of new products.

Participate in sales, regional meetings, seminars and trade shows.

Perform administrative duties, such as: Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans a month ahead.

Follow up on client production orders and solve issues.

Maintain organized records of clients and sales activity.

Physical Demands And Work Environment

Hybrid office and field environment.

Light lifting, visual tasks, limited sitting, standing, talking, turning, walking.

Less than 10% nights away from home.
