Faculty Program Director, Radiologc/Imging Sc
The Faculty Program Director is a 12‑month faculty position within the Allied Health programs that provides academic leadership and operational oversight for the Radiologic and Imaging Sciences program. The role guides and supports students throughout their academic and clinical education, and manages program administration, curriculum development, and accreditation compliance. Responsibilities
Teach HSA, HSC, and RTE courses (HSA3XXX, HSA4XXX, HSC4XXX, RTE3XXX, RTE4XXX). Administer and supervise the program: curriculum planning, faculty recruitment and development, preceptor coordination, and instructional resources. Ensure accreditation compliance, including continuous quality review, assessment of student learning outcomes, and program review documentation. Schedule and deliver 9 contact hours each during the fall and spring semesters, and 6 contact hours in summer. Manage program budget, allocate resources, and collaborate with fiscal offices. Maintain relationships with advisory board and community partners; facilitate internships and clinical placements. Represent the program to internal and external stakeholders and support recruitment and outreach. Possibly participate in clinical instruction and lab support. Qualifications
Minimum of a Master’s degree in radiography or a health‑related field from a regionally accredited institution. Current Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration. Five or more years of experience in clinical practice, teaching, program management, or related fields. Demonstrated experience in instructional methodology, curriculum development, and faculty mentorship. Ability to conduct face‑to‑face, online, and mixed‑mode instruction. Knowledge of multiple modalities (CT, MRI, Mammography) preferred. Florida residency requirement; must establish residency within 30 days of starting. Salary
Master’s: $73,288–$90,621 per year. Master’s + 30: $78,537–$95,870 per year. Doctorate: $83,786–$101,119 per year. $5,000 annual Pay Additive and $5,000 relocation incentive included.
