We’re seeking a
Marketing Execution & Operations Lead
for our Institutional and HNW Marketing team: the air traffic controller behind a complex, multi‑pillar, fast‑growing engine.
This role serves as the operational backbone and strategic integrator for the organization. You’ll own the infrastructure that keeps the marketing system moving—ensuring work is prioritized, governed, delivered, and communicated with discipline across COEs, internal teams, and business partners—while acting as a close strategic partner to senior marketing leadership.
You’ll translate strategy into executable plans, optimize operating rhythms, and ensure leadership has clarity on priorities, risks, performance, and decisions. The role blends marketing operations, portfolio management, executive communications, and cross‑functional orchestration, operating at the intersection of strategy and execution to optimize the Institutional and HNW Marketing engine for speed, quality, and alignment to business line and enterprise outcomes.

Requirements
8–12+ years in marketing operations, business operations, or program management within a complex, matrixed environment; preferably in financial services
Strong understanding of modern marketing systems, creative/production workflows, and campaign delivery
Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable plans, diagnose operational and organizational pain points, and elevate team performance
Experience operating as a strategic partner to senior leaders, anticipating needs, synthesizing inputs, and enabling effective decision‑making
Skilled in prioritization, resource alignment, and operating rhythms; comfortable with Jira (or similar), agile methodologies, and OKR/planning cadences
Ability to use data to inform strategy, track performance, and make insights clear and actionable for varied audiences
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills; adept at distilling complexity into clear, compelling narratives; strong command of PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to influence without formal authority and build trust across functions and seniority levels
Operates with integrity, discretion, emotional intelligence, and sound judgment
Thrives amid ambiguity, manages multiple workstreams simultaneously, and maintains meticulous attention to detail

Prior senior‑level marketing operations or enterprise portfolio leadership experience
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Seismic, Salesforce, and enterprise budget management platforms
Ability to lead and influence with empathy and humility; skilled at navigating ambiguity, complexity, and building consensus
Curiosity and critical thinking; approaches challenges from multiple perspectives
MBA or equivalent experience preferred
Responsibilities
Serve as the lead operations partner to the Head of Institutional and HNW Marketing, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps with clear targets, milestones, and deliverables
Run the operating system for Institutional and HNW Marketing, including annual and quarterly planning cycles, intake and prioritization cadences, agile routines, and workflow management across Centers of Excellence (CoEs)
Orchestrate cross‑functional marketing execution end‑to‑end, coordinating Line of Business teams and CoE partners to ensure work is prioritized, resourced, and delivered with rigor
Own work intake, prioritization, resourcing, status tracking, and delivery accountability across the full portfolio
Provide senior leaders with clear visibility into performance, risks, tradeoffs, and business alignment through executive‑ready updates, summaries, and planning reviews
Lead and facilitate cross‑functional and senior‑level meetings, from agenda setting through synthesis, decision support, and follow‑through
Define and enforce SLAs; build alignment across stakeholders and serve as liaison to Legal, Risk, Compliance, and other internal partners
Streamline processes, align resources, and remove barriers to improve speed, quality, and efficiency across multiple workstreams
Manage and mentor a small delivery team spanning workflow tools, asset production coordination, LRC processes, and budget operations
Own the budget process and partner with Finance to manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and performance tracking, ensuring strategic spend alignment
Lead high‑visibility projects and marketing transformation initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and productivity (e.g., AI optimization, analytics coordination, team offsites, operating model evolution)
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Education Bachelor’s degree required
MBA or equivalent experience preferred

Monday–Friday, 4 days in office, 1 day remote Locations:
New York City, Boston, Westwood MA, San Francisco
The salary range for this position is $154,747.2- $232,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
