Government & Public Sector – Technology Consulting - Digital Engineering – Microsoft Technical Lead - Manager

Our Digital Engineering practice helps organizations solve complex problems through purpose‑led transformation. You will advise U.S. government agencies on digital strategy, customer experience, process improvement, technology effectiveness, digital architecture and program integration.
Your Key Responsibilities
Application integration, quality assurance, software development
Technology business requirements analysis
Lead solution deployments
Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform solution design, configuration and customization; Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Customer Engagement
Utilizing JavaScript UI frameworks such as React or Angular
Coaching and developing junior team members
Manager‑Level Responsibilities
Establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships
Create innovative insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, and contribute to thought leadership
Anticipate and identify risks, and elevate issues as appropriate
Develop people through effective supervision, coaching and mentoring; foster a positive learning culture
Conduct performance reviews and provide performance feedback for staff
Skills and Attributes for Success
Strong leadership skills and excellent oral and written communication
Experience coming up with solutions to problems
Prior consulting experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance
8+ years of related experience
Firm understanding of C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML
Experience integrating with external systems
Experience in application integration and software development proficiency
Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform solution design, configuration, customization and Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Customer Engagement
JavaScript UI frameworks such as React or Angular
Experience with ADO Build Pipelines or similar
Strong analytical and decision‑making capabilities
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong understanding of agile delivery and development methodologies
Comfortable working in‑person as needed
Preferred Additional Qualifications
Microsoft Certifications and prior consulting experience highly preferred
Expertise in developing written and visual communication products
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to collaborate with clients and identify engagement follow‑on opportunities
Compensation and Benefits
Comprehensive compensation and benefits package; base salary range $142,600 to $261,500 (US) with location‑specific ranges.
Medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and generous paid time off.
Hybrid work model; expected to work in person 40–60% of engagement time.
Flexible vacation policy; additional holidays and leaves of absence as needed.
