The Role: Architect + Operator We don\'t need a consultant; we need an
Operator.
You are the \"Hub and Spoke\" of our growth engine. This is a high-stakes execution role where you manage the pipeline for hundreds of prospective schools while simultaneously owning the invitation lifecycle for our ~100 active chapters.
You are in the trenches.
You craft the audience, traffic the leads, and ensure every invitation and follow-up is handled with 100% urgency and precision. Nothing and no one falls through the cracks because you are there to stop it.
What You\'ll Own
Pipeline Management:
You own the \"air traffic control\" for hundreds of prospective school targets.
Chapter Execution:
You manage the invitation cycles for our ~100 existing chapters. You are on every line, ensuring no detail is missed.
The \"Nitty-Gritty\" of Data:
You thrive on mounds of data. You will meticulously track every account in Google Sheets while shepherding our move to a high-functioning internal CRM.
SOP Construction:
Working side-by-side with the President, you will build and evolve the SOPs for school acquisition from the ground up.
AI-Forward Execution:
You use AI tools to polish communications and automate workflows to move our mission \"forward and up.\"
Who You Are
A Reins-Holder:
You\'ve owned a growth or sales operation before. You weren\'t just a \"support\" person; you were the one held personally accountable for the tracking and the outcomes.
Detail-Obsessed:
You find excitement in the details of hundreds of accounts. You know exactly where a chapter stands before anyone even asks.
A Firestarter:
You bring energy, organization, and a \"Day 1\" mentality. You don\'t wait for a manual; you write it.
The Non-Negotiables
Presence:
Side-by-side, in-person collaboration in our Orlando office. 5 days most weeks up-front and then a hybrid set-up. No relocation is provided and preference given to local candidates.
History:
4+ years of experience
owning
an operation. (Not for reps or assistants).
Integrity:
We perform deep-dive reference checks. We will speak with your previous supervisors to verify your daily involvement in the trenches and the systems you managed.
