About the Program
Year 1: Sales Foundations + Digital Sales Rotation (Atlanta, GA)
Getting started: Sales Bootcamp
Kick off your journey with an intensive, instructor‑led bootcamp where you will learn:
How Visa’s clients grow using our products, services, and data
Core sales skills including prospecting, decision‑maker identification, objection handling, negotiation, presentation delivery, and closing techniques
How to navigate Visa’s sales tools, platforms, and CRM systems
Year One: Digital Sales Rotation
Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads, contributing directly to pipeline growth
Conduct client research to identify new opportunities and understand market trends
Support customer communications via phone, video, digital whiteboards, and webcasts
Collaborate with the Digital Sales team to optimize strategies, improve processes, and ensure accurate data tracking
Participate in ongoing digital sales training
Gain experience with essential sales technologies like CRM and analytics tools
Year 2: Enterprise Field Sales Rotation (Various U.S. Locations)
Graduate into Visa’s Field Sales Organization, relocating to one or our market offices in the US or in Atlanta supporting markets remotely.
Partner with an experienced Senior Seller to support and manage enterprise level client relationships
Participate in sales meetings, business reviews, and client strategy sessions
Understand the full sales cycle - from prospecting to negotiation to contract signature
Deepen your product, industry, and customer expertise as you learn hands‑on what it takes to manage complex, high‑value accounts
Specialize in either generalist or specialist sales depending on interest and business needs level client relationships on what it takes to manage complex, high‑value accounts

You’re a motivated self‑starter excited about building a long‑term career in sales, even if you’ve never done it before.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree graduating December 2025 - August 2026 with less than 6 months of relevant work experience
Must be available to start working August/September 2026 – no early or late start dates to ensure a common onboarding experience and development opportunities
Willingness to be onsite in Atlanta for Year 1 and in a U.S field sales location for Year 2.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or client facing roles
Familiarity with CRM systems, digital sales tools, or data analysis platforms (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL)
Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving abilities
Interest in the technology, fintech, and digital commerce landscape
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated through clear, professional, error‑free interactions
Ability to take on challenges, seek feedback, and show continuous improvement
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively on diverse teams
Highly driven, resourceful, and results oriented
Familiarity, experience, or interest in GenAI tools and emerging technologies
Minor, concentration, or certification in Sales, Sales Leadership, Business Analytics, or related areas

The estimated salary for a new hire into this position is $79,000 USD which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job‑related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
Work Authorization : Permanent Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment for this position. Visa will not sponsor applicants for work visas in connection with this position. Future sponsorship will not be considered.
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
