We are seeking a Solutions Consultant to serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, collaborating with the sales team, prospects and existing clients to uncover challenges and design compelling solutions using the IFS Copperleaf decision analytics platform. The role focuses on demonstrating positive outcomes of our product suite to prospective clients across the Americas region.

You will need to be comfortable having close dialogue with external stakeholders, including C-level, technical management, and architectural teams to position IFS as the partner of choice for the adoption and enablement of IFS Copperleaf solutions in our core industry verticals.

Our customers are typically mid-to-large asset‑intensive enterprises managing key infrastructure, such as Energy & Utilities, Water, Manufacturing, Rail & Transportation, and more. In this role you will develop industry knowledge to become a trusted advisor and key technology ambassador for our customers and prospects.

Key Responsibilities

Product Sales and Demonstrations

Develop and deliver engaging product presentations and tailored software demonstrations

Manage and customize demo environments, scripts, and technical assets

Collaborate with Account Executives to define sales strategies and close deals

Build strong relationships with prospect stakeholders and partners

Represent IFS Copperleaf at trade shows and industry events

Design enterprise architecture solutions for prospective clients and help them visualize how IFS Copperleaf solutions would fit within their organization

Influence product evolution through client insights and market trends

Technical Expertise

Respond to RFXs, scope projects, and support proposal development

Configure software for custom demonstrations

Contribute to internal team development and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Background in presales consulting, with 1 to 2 years+ experience with software presales/delivery, or equivalent experience

Interpersonal skills, including creativity and curiosity with ability to effectively communicate and influence solution direction to both technical and non‑technical audiences across all organizational levels

Natural presenter – engaging and dynamic

Demonstrated problem‑solving and creative skills, ability to exercise sound judgment on the fly and dynamically navigate from problem to solution

Resilient, proactive, and inquisitive by nature

Enthusiastic about personal improvement, and willing to ask questions, share opinions, and receive feedback

Strong team spirit, viewing ultimate success as that of the group

Experience leveraging AI is preferred

Salary Range: $120,000 to $150,000 annually + bonus
