The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in real estate, while also engaging in networking opportunities within the local community. Responsibilities include property evaluations, market research, managing client relationships, handling negotiations, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.
Qualifications
Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property to guide clients through transactions with confidence
Strong skills in Sales and Real Estate Development to identify opportunities and optimize outcomes
Proven ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and maintain positive client relationships
Active Texas Real Estate License is required
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
Proficiency in market analysis tools and real estate platforms is advantageous
Self-motivation, attention to detail, and goal-oriented mindset
