Overview
Canon USA in Melville, NY is currently seeking an Account Relations Representative III (Account Relations Representative III) to manage client-focused initiatives that drive growth and satisfaction in wholesale and retail sales. The role oversees multiple dealer‑account functions such as marketing, order and contract coordination, asset and sales support, and process improvement.
Full‑time hybrid work schedule: office required Monday–Wednesday, with option to work from home Thursday–Friday unless otherwise needed.
Your Impact
Execute client‑driven initiatives and ensure operational excellence to maximize client satisfaction and growth within the BPG and Client Services divisions.
Handle various dealer‑account operations: marketing program coordination, system support, contract coordination, managing sales funds, validating claims, issuing credits, chargeback management, post‑audit resolution, SOP creation, business process improvement, and problem solving.
Perform all assigned areas in compliance with departmental processes and policies.
Represent the organization to customers by providing information, responding to inquiries, and troubleshooting product problems.
Work under minimal supervision with occasional close manager supervision.
About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring
HS diploma, GED, or equivalent, plus 2–4 years of related experience.
College degree in business finance or accounting highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas and functions).
Anticipated rate: $23.47 – $35.14 per hour.
