Job Description Summary Must Have: The role we are looking to fill is more of a Digital Marketing/Performance Marketing Generalist (with SEM experience including experience in App Marketing and other digital channels).

A performance marketing generalist with experience across SEM, Paid Social, Affiliate, Paid App, etc. This individual should have direct hands-on experience managing affiliate channels.

Looking for a Senior Acquisition and Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our search acquisition engine, with a primary focus on GoogleAds, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and Apple Search Ads. This role is for a hands-on performance marketer who has directly managed large budgets, thrives in data, and knows how to blend strategy, execution, and experimentation to drive profitable growth. This role is in service to increase our account growth and revenue through mainly SEM, app search, and other digital channels. We are looking for an experienced B2C marketing leader who can leverage customers’ insights and data to create a growth marketing strategy and execute it. This role will report to the VP of the Direct-to-Consumer business unit. Will have end-to-end ownership of the SEM channel (from strategy and forecasting to daily execution and optimization) and play a key role in leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency, scale, and performance.

Core Focus Digital /Acquisition Marketing Hands on Execution and Strategy (Not Oversight Only).

Daily optimization and Reporting

Campaign Structure Set up(Including Partner Campaigns)

Ability to independently pull and Interpret Performance Data
