Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized professional to oversee marketing projects that span print, digital, social, and motion graphics. Our team relies on this position to ensure smooth management of creative campaigns, successful cross‑functional communication, and quality project delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee a high volume of complex seasonal campaigns across multiple marketing channels, adhering to established processes.

Organize and lead meetings with various levels of management, coordinating workflow, capturing feedback, and tracking action items for creative and brand teams.

Develop and manage project milestones and timelines, ensuring on‑time execution from initiation through completion.

Review and quality‑assure content throughout the approval process, ensuring project specifications, consistency, and quality standards are met.

Required

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, traffic, or marketing managing creatives, preferably within an agency or corporate advertising environment.

Demonstrated ability to manage integrated print, e‑commerce, social, and motion graphic projects to support business needs.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and preferred experience with project management applications such as Workfront, Workgroups, Project, Basecamp, or Smartpath.

Strong detail orientation, resourcefulness, flexibility, and the ability to make decisions under tight time constraints.
