Responsibilities Learn about financial products, insurance policies, and investment strategies through structured training Assist senior advisors or team members with client onboarding and support Conduct client meetings (virtual or in-person) to understand needs and provide guidance Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and service Generate leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities Support the team in achieving sales and performance goals Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and licensing requirements Demonstrate professionalism, ethical standards, and a client-first mindset in all interactions Qualifications Requirements (Entry-Level Financial / Insurance Agent) No prior experience in financial services required comprehensive training and mentorship provided Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a performance-based environment Interest in finance, insurance, or helping clients achieve financial goals Comfortable learning new tools and technology (CRM systems, virtual meeting platforms, etc.) Professional, coachable, and open to feedback Licensing (Preferred or Willing to Obtain) Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain) FINRA licenses (Series 6/7 and 65/66) a plus, but not required What We Look For Business mindset with a desire to grow a career or business Strong work ethic and discipline Leadership potential or experience in sales, customer service, or team environments High ethical standards and a client-first mentality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Additional Requirements Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Compensation $250,000 at plan earnings About Falcon PG At Falcon PG, we believe in the power of ventureshipdriving positive change in our communities and helping families build lasting financial security.
