JOB SUMMARY
The Commercial Director, West is responsible for the development of a region-specific market strategy and the creation of a robust pipeline of relevant projects on an international scale. This role focuses on expanding Quasar's global presence and establishing key relationships with current clients and prospective clients. This role is pivotal in driving Quasar's growth strategy, forging valuable partnerships, and expanding our global business and footprint. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and refine market strategies by identifying key opportunities and growth areas. Oversee and manage the pipeline of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Proactively seek and establish new business relationships, including opening accounts and creating new business units at existing customers. Act as the Voice of the customer, representing their needs and preferences within Quasar, and conversely, representing Quasar's interests in customer meetings. Lead negotiations for Supply Agreements and Master Services Agreements (MSA) with key customers. Travel domestically and internationally, as required, to nurture client relationships, attend meetings, and explore new opportunities. Be flexible and available for calls outside of regular office hours to accommodate global time zones. Provide leadership, mentorship and training to the commercial team. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

experience Expertise in Minimally Invasive Medical Devices, including Cardiovascular (CV), Interventional Cardiology (IC), Electrophysiology (EP), and Neurovascular (NV). Multinational experience is a plus, multi-cultural sensitivity is required. Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently. Self-starter, build from the ground up. Diligent and well organized. Ability to work across all levels of an organization, from Tech leads to CXO leaders.
