1st Shift Customer Service Representative located in Odessa, MO - HIRING IMMEDIATELY! We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support daily operations in a fast-paced auction yard environment. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and staff while handling essential administrative functions. This position requires previous experience in a similar role, as well as experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook. Responsibilities include: Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional manner Assisting customers and vendors at the front counter Processing and paying purchase orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner Performing general administrative and clerical duties Using computer systems daily, including Microsoft Outlook and Word Qualifications: Strong communication and customer service skills Basic to intermediate computer proficiency Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment Prior administrative or office experience preferred Hours: Monday-Friday (7:00am-5:00pm) + Some Weekends Required Pays: $16.50/hr.
