This role is perfect for a social media-obsessed content strategist who thrives on ideation, research, and execution. You will lead the development of engaging, high-performing content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, generating concepts that resonate with audiences and drive growth. The position offers full ownership of the content pipeline, from competitor analysis and trend spotting to UGC and creator brief development. You will collaborate with execution teams to ensure ideas move seamlessly from concept to published content. This is a high-output, hands-on role for someone who loves to test, iterate, and see their work impact engagement and brand performance in a fast-moving, digital-first environment. Remote work allows flexibility while delivering measurable results for a growing brand.

Accountabilities:

Conduct daily research on competitors, category leaders, and trending content to identify best practices and viral opportunities

Generate a high volume of creative content concepts tailored to platform, audience, and brand voice

Write clear, actionable UGC and creator briefs for seamless execution by talent and production teams

Maintain a centralized library of research, inspiration, and content references to support ongoing campaigns

Contribute to campaign ideation, calendar management, and cross-channel alignment, ensuring ideas move efficiently from concept to execution

Flag gaps, trends, and opportunities to optimize content strategy proactively

Requirements:

Proven, hands‑on experience in content strategy and ideation for DTC, e‑commerce, or consumer brands

Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, including trending formats and viral mechanics

Strong UGC and creator brief writing skills, with ability to package ideas into actionable materials

Systematic approach to competitor and category research, with high‑quality output under tight timelines

Strong organizational skills to manage ideation, briefs, and handoffs effectively

Excellent written communication in English, clear and direct

Bonus: experience with paid social creative strategy, analytics tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, etc.), and cross‑channel campaign integration
