Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000 annually, plus quarterly retention bonuses.

Work Environment : Onsite position with potential for a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
Provide A-Z servicing for a generalist book of business with account sizes ranging from $10,000 to $200,000.
Manage and market new and renewal business, including quoting and policy reviews.
Collaborate with producers and other account managers to ensure client satisfaction.
Utilize Hawksoft software for account management and documentation.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers to ensure retention and growth.
Qualifications/Requirements
Active
2-20 license
is required.
Minimum of
3 years of experience
in commercial lines account management.
Proficiency in
Hawksoft
or similar agency management software is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
