Our agency client is hiring a Mid‑Level Designer who is ready to bridge the gap between creative vision and strategic execution. This is a hands‑on role designed for a professional with a few years of experience who is eager to take ownership of projects and contribute to a high‑energy, collaborative team.
In this role, you won't just be making things look pretty; you'll be working alongside our strategy and creative teams to build brands, websites, and campaigns that drive real results.
Responsibilities
Design Execution: Produce high‑fidelity designs across digital, social, brand, and print mediums that align with specific client objectives.
Creative Concepting: Play an active role in brainstorms, ideation, and wireframing phases to build the foundation of every project.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with developers, copywriters, and strategists to bring integrated campaigns and complex websites to life.
Client Engagement: Participate in design reviews and presentations, clearly articulating your rationale and refining work based on feedback.
Brand Stewardship: Maintain and elevate brand guidelines across all touchpoints, ensuring cohesive visual identities.
Project Leadership: Manage multiple workstreams under the guidance of our Art Director, staying organized and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
UX/UI Support: Contribute to user‑focused interfaces by developing wireframes, visual systems, and detailed design documentation.
Experience
Professional Experience: 3-5 years of design experience, ideally within an agency or a high‑volume creative environment.
Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma (or similar UX/UI tools).
Design Fundamentals: A rock‑solid grasp of typography, visual hierarchy, color theory, and layout best practices.
Diverse Portfolio: A proven track record of work across branding, digital platforms, and marketing collateral.
Communication Skills: The ability to clearly articulate design rationale and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and clients.
Adaptability: Comfortable working independently on day‑to‑day execution while remaining open to direction and feedback from senior creatives.
