We’re seeking a dynamic Multimedia Specialist to join a healthcare organization’s team on a flexible, project-based basis. This role offers the opportunity to create impactful content—from videos to visuals that educate, inspire, and humanize a vital community service.
This position is primarily remote, with the flexibility to work onsite in San Diego for filming and photography as needed. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, experienced in handling multiple projects, and ready to bring their creativity into a fast-paced healthcare environment.
What You’ll Do:
Lead full‑cycle video production—including filming interviews, “day in the life” features, and educational content
Edit raw footage into engaging stories with polished color grading, sound design, and motion graphics
Design digital assets like social media graphics, email headers, and simple animations to support campaigns
Work with healthcare staff to develop scripts that translate complex concepts into accessible content
Maintain organized media libraries for seamless project workflows
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in video production or multimedia design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
Experience operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras and professional audio equipment
Strong eye for detail, pacing, typography, and visual consistency
Ability to work respectfully within healthcare environments, adhering to privacy and HIPAA standards
Adaptability to manage both field shoots and post‑production projects
