
Processing Specialist

Think is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused team member to join the Digital Solutions team as a Processing Specialist. As a Processing Specialist, you will play a key role in serving our customers from a support position using your knowledge in banking and transaction processing along with technical knowledge of debit card files and maintenance.
Responsibilities You will use your keen attention to detail to process and resolve exception items including checks and returns, unposted items, and stop payments. You will also review, monitor, and resolve electronic transactions including teller transactions and execute end of day processing. You will use your commitment to providing excellent internal customer service to support the needs of our customers by providing technical support and solving issues related to debit card transactions, escalating to the vendor as needed and monitoring resolutions. Using your thorough understanding of item processing and debit cards, you will work to advance the operation of these functions for the organization and enhance the experience for our customer by maintaining awareness of industry payment options, item processing advancements, and vendor solutions.
Additional Responsibilities
Ensure that all electronic processing maintains compliance with Federal Reserve laws and regulations
Report suspected fraud to Account Security
Responsible for the ordering of central and instant issuance debit card stock and card disclosures, including instant issue stock reconciliation
Complete instant issue weekly orders and perform corporate inventory
Collaborate with other departments and vendors to enhance customer experience with item and debit card processing and platforms
Contribute to the advancement of digital and payment platforms, products, and services through strategic projects, system and product testing, and related business initiatives.
Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Three years' financial services experience
Compensation $28.54/hour; non-exempt
