HOA Senior Client Services Specialist

The Opportunity The Senior Client Services Specialist is a pivotal member of the HOA Services Organization. The role plays a key part in client satisfaction and retention by supporting a multi‑billion‑dollar client base of HOA property management companies. Responsibilities include providing payment/depository research, copies of statements, website navigation for the HOA Platform, and first‑touch resolution of all requests to improve client servicing and efficiency.

How You’ll Make a Difference

Provide top‑level client service and support via email and phone.

Offer research assistance and information to customers; provide website navigation and low‑level technical support.

Process monetary transactions for customer accounts and manage account maintenance/updates on IBS.

Complete client requests in a timely manner governed by established service level agreements.

Resolve client disputes using independent judgment and knowledge of bank policies.

Prioritize and follow up rigorously; handle tight deadlines, especially fraud intake requests.

Resolve exception items involving orphaned debits/credits and assist in loss mitigation and security.

Review and approve department work, including signing authority where appropriate.

Manage workflow for requests from internal/external parties received to the internal group mailbox.

Exercise risk‑averse judgment on client monetary requests and provide clear communication on findings.

Maintain strong understanding of HOA client service, bank policies, and product offerings.

Demonstrate curiosity and problem‑solving mindset to explore solutions for HOA clients.

Follow all established policies, procedures, and regulations.

Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 3 years of banking experience in call center, branch banking, or customer service.

Branch banking experience preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Knowledge of IBS/Deposit Origination, Image Center, Vision Content preferred.

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Salary Range The base salary offered will be determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.
