Responsibilities

Direct all design concepts for women's basketball recruiting and events, including scheduling and prioritizing requests, and facilitate project management for design through work orders.

Create and design concepts, production, and execution of final designs, and implement designs into social media format.

Collaborate with marketing to team posters, schedule cards, and other marketing materials.

Recruit, train, and oversee a group of creative/video design interns. look for creative ways to attract talent through the University System.

assist head coach with design ideas for branding of team apparel.

assist with all other design and branding needs as assigned by head coach.

Create camp brochures and design and maintain camp websites.

Attend community service/outreach opportunities to promote on social media.

Create September 1 recruiting mailout for junior prospects.

Plan and manage production of videos/posts for women's basketball social media.

Capture and document travel, practice, games, shoot around in photos and video format.

Manage production of motivational videos/visual aids for team throughout regular and post season play.

Maintain BTC and Tucker Center facility upgrades and graphics including locker room graphics, hallway photos, and overall design scheme of offices and locker room areas.

Generate women's basketball yearly theme and creative concept for team photoshoot.

Assist with on-campus recruiting visits, videos, photoshoots, and presentations.

Create innovative home visit recruiting presentations.

Assist with production of annual commercials, intro videos, in-game videos, and recruiting videos.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and four years of experience; or a high school diploma/equivalent and eight years of experience (or a combination of post‑high school education and experience equal to eight years).

This is an A&P position.

Successful completion of a criminal history background check.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Experience in design, video production, and social media for athletic programs is preferred.

Strong leadership and training skills for overseeing interns.
