Overview
Manage a Class A community in one of the premier neighborhoods of Charlotte. The building is complete with brand new construction finishes and amenities such as community lounges on each floor, a bookable kitchen, gym, coffee on tap, and a large gathering and co-working space with an outdoor patio and views of the Charlotte skyline. We’re looking for a high energy, passionate, skilled, and driven Senior Property Manager who is dedicated to providing the very best customer experiences and driving operations at this community. Description The Senior Property Manager is a critical role focused on optimizing the occupancy, operations, and revenue of this multifamily property in lease-up stage. This person will be the face of the building and brand for most residents in our communities. First and foremost, the purpose of this role is to serve our members and ensure resident satisfaction, high retention, and justify the rent payments they make to us. What goes into making that happen is everything from responding to work orders, coordinating with vendors/maintenance, planning high quality local events, and anything else that may come up. In addition to resident service, this role will also play a pivotal role in maximizing revenue and NOI. The role will be keenly focused on leading creative marketing efforts, establishing community partnerships, delivering exceptional experiences to future and current tenants, and managing the property like an operator, maximizing revenue and NOI. The Senior Property Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the property, including leading a team of 3 staff. There will be a high level of responsibility to adhere to the budget, lease up the property, support marketing and drive creative strategies, and run the business like an owner. As a full-time Senior Property Manager, you are expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, and tasks may vary widely based on the needs of the property.
