Senior Property Manager

Our Client is one of the largest privately held owners of industrial, office, multi-family, and mixed-use properties in the Carolinas. With RE investments surpassing $2.5 billion and 35M SQFT of developed and acquired assets. They are currently seeking a Senior Property Manager to join our growing team and property portfolio in Charlotte, NC. The primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio consisting of office and industrial properties in the Greater Charlotte Market. The Property Manager will play a critical role within the organization and report to the Director, Office Property Management in the Charlotte office. The ideal candidate must be attracted to a fast-paced environment where teamwork, responsiveness and customer service are highly valued. The candidate should also be a problem solver who is highly analytical, decisive, a good communicator, and able to operate independently. This is an on-site position (not hybrid or WFH).
