Aligned with development and supporting the referral department, the director will carry a donor portfolio for regular engagement activities with funders, along with leading a few annual special events. In addition, the director will focus monthly on collecting internal information, writing, and submitting aligned grants for Easter Seals TN. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of fundraising responsibilities and strategies. Besides the daily fundraising duties, the individual will be the main contact for external public relations, support legislative dialog, supervise a few staff and be the back-up for social media. Willingness to travel within Tennessee for donor cultivation, stewardship and referral coordination. The position can either be based in the Brentwood or Lebanon office. Will work closely with long-term fundraising director who plans to retire later in 2026.
