Our client is a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, looking to enhance their Salesforce ecosystem. They leverage various Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, B2B Commerce, Marketing Cloud, FSL, and Manufacturing Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
Configure and support Salesforce systems to meet business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Salesforce usage.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations.
Provide training and user support to internal teams.
Assist with data management, reporting, and process automation.
Requirements
Strong experience with Salesforce administration (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
Hands-on experience with CPQ, B2B Commerce, FSL, and Manufacturing Cloud is a plus.
Salesforce certification(s) preferred.
