About Vectron Vectron Romania provides complete POS solutions for small and medium businesses, including software, hardware, and ERP integration. The company is part of an international group with over 250,000 systems installed in 30+ countries.
Responsibilities
Prospect small and medium companies in Germany and Italy (HoReCa, retail, bakeries)
Quickly analyze client needs and payment flows
Build a database of decision‑makers and relevant contacts
Contact clients via email, phone, and LinkedIn
Schedule and participate in short calls or online demos
Update and manage leads in the CRM
Provide ongoing feedback to the team to optimize messages and proposals
Assist in preparing sales materials and tailored presentations
Qualifications
Fluent in English; German or Italian is a plus
Interest in sales, software, and payments
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Full‑time availability for 2 months at the office
Willingness to learn quickly and contribute ideas
