About the Role Responsibilities Serve as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor to assigned member(s) and their leadership teams, providing insight-driven HR guidance aligned to business strategy and enterprise priorities.
Responsibilities
Translate business strategies into integrated people plans that support performance, growth, and organizational effectiveness.
Provide senior-level consultation across a broad range of topics including leadership effectiveness, organizational design, workforce productivity, and capability development.
Anticipate people-related risks and opportunities, proactively advising leaders on change management, talent implications, and organizational health.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
Minimum of 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant time spent in HR Business Partner or HR leadership roles supporting complex, commercial organizations.
Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders as a trusted advisor, with the credibility and judgment to influence enterprise-level decisions.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand financial drivers, commercial strategies, and growth levers, and translate them into effective people strategies.
Experience partnering closely with HR Centers of Excellence to execute enterprise frameworks while addressing regional and business-specific needs.
Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization.
Strong analytical capability with experience using HR metrics and people insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Required Skills Strong business acumen with the ability to understand financial drivers, commercial strategies, and growth levers, and translate them into effective people strategies.
Preferred Skills Experience partnering closely with HR Centers of Excellence to execute enterprise frameworks while addressing regional and business-specific needs.
