Role Description

Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and developing HR policies Strong expertise in Employee Relations and Performance Management Comprehensive knowledge of Labor and Employment Law Exceptional organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience in a senior-level HR leadership role Ability to work in an on-site role in Birmingham, AL Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are a plus Experience in the Banking Industry is a plus
