Candidates must have strong hospital experience as Director of Quality, Performance Improvement, Outcomes, Discharge planning for large healthcare organization. exp. of at least 6+ years. Director must have strong accomplishments as a leader, strong communication and physician skills a must. Will have responsibility over modeling outcomes, discharge planning, outcomes data, clinical effectiveness, clinical integration, etc. RN, BSN, Masters location: beautiful town with many cultural events, university, colleges, shopping, dining, etc. Client offers excellent compensation, benefits, relo. allowance, bonus incentive.
