Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to read and write correspondence and communicate with individuals inside and outside the University by telephone and email, ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Position Summary To provide assistance to the Head Gymnastics Coach, Assistant Coaches and staff. Ensures compliance with NCAA, SEC and institutional rules and regulations pertaining to the sport of Gymnastics.

Duties & Responsibilities
Manage overall administrative operation of the gymnastics program – 20%
Coordinate team and coach travel, negotiate vendor contracts, manage travel budget, book flights, hotels, meals, per diem and travel expenses.
Coordinate special events, retreats and entertainment for student‑athletes and staff in accordance with NCAA rules – 15%
Assist coaches in developing competition itinerary and planning team banquet, alumni functions, and staff liaison to GEF functions.
Coordinate and assist with on‑campus recruiting activities, including campus tours and communication with prospective student‑athletes – 10%
Serve as liaison to the gymnastics booster club, Ten.0 Club – to ensure alignment of fan engagement and attendance.
Organize and maintain team calendar with events outside of the gym including community service – 5%
Meet Day Operations: travel with team, serve as point of contact for logistics, assist in filming routines during competition – both home and away meets.
