Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Senior Asset Manager to join their client's team in California. This supervisor position offers an exciting opportunity for a professional with a solid background in asset management to lead and oversee a dedicated team.
Responsibilities
Overseeing the management and performance of a diverse portfolio of assets.
Developing and implementing asset management strategies to optimize performance.
Conducting regular reviews and assessments of asset performance and providing actionable insights.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Identifying and mitigating potential risks to asset performance.
Preparing detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Mentoring and providing guidance to junior team members.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
Education requirement is a Bachelor's Degree.

Demonstrated ability to analyze financial performance, monitor rent rolls, budgets, operating expenses, and improve ROI.
Hands‑on experience with acquisition due diligence, financial modeling, investment memos, and transaction support.
Expertise reviewing and redlining leases, renewals, amendments, and guiding leasing strategy to maximize occupancy.
Successful track record managing capital improvements, property operations, and vendor oversight.
Skilled at preparing portfolio reports, dashboards, and performance reviews for executive leadership.
Strong decision‑making skills with the ability to navigate market shifts, risks, and contingency planning.
Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, Real Estate or related); Master's preferred.
Bilingual in Mandarin or Spanish required for stakeholder and tenant communication.
Work Hours Monday to Friday, 1st shift.
