This role involves managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional service, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in commercial insurance products and possess strong relationship-building skills. Responsibilities Maintain and service a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. Ensure all client interactions align with company standards and policies. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms and coverage for clients. Prepare and present insurance proposals and renewal packages to clients. Update and maintain accurate client records and documentation. Provide clients with updates on policy changes, renewals, and industry trends. Support the development and implementation of best practices within the team. Assist in training and mentoring junior team members as needed. Qualifications High School diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on commercial lines. Hold current and valid Property and Casualty insurance license. Willingness and ability to pursue industry certifications such as CISR, CIC, or CRM within 18 months. Required Work Hours Monday to Friday, standard business hours. Benefits The position offers a competitive salary with a pay range of $78,000 to $82,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
