Requirements:
3-5 years of similar experience within large scale catering/event operations or resorts/hotels.
Hands on leadership skills and training and development of employees.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients during events, acting as a liaison between the hotel and guests
Collaborate cross-functionally with Meetings & Events, Culinary, and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Assist in developing and maintaining departmental policies, training materials, procedures, and quality standards.
