We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead and develop a standalone HR function within a charity organisation. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Senior Management Team, you will take full ownership of all HR activities and shape a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Act as trusted HR advisor to senior leadership
Manage end-to-end recruitment
Review and update HR policies and Staff Handbook
Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation
Lead employee relations and performance management
Support workforce planning and organisational development
Oversee HR systems, records, and time & attendance
Requirements
Third-level qualification in HR or related discipline
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a broad HR Generalist role
Strong knowledge of Irish employment law
Ability to work independently and build HR processes from the ground up
Charity or public sector experience desirable
