Overview

Handle civil rights litigation matters arising under 42 USC 1983, and work on related labor, employment, and general tort matters as assigned. Qualifications
Ohio Bar membership in good standing is required. Candidates must have meticulous attention to detail, be self-motivated, have handled civil cases in State and Federal Court, and have strong writing skills. Ability to analyze complex issues of law and work well in a team setting. Civil rights litigation experience is preferred.
