The Director of Brand Ecommerce, Paid Media, and e-CRM leads the North America strategy, performance, and growth of the company’s online e-boutique business for

La Prairie and Chantecaille . This role owns revenue, conversion, and customer experience, while partnering closely with marketing, operations, and analytics teams to scale profitable growth across brand sites. By integrating data intelligence with luxury storytelling, the Director drives client loyalty, acquires high-value customers, and elevates the group’s digital presence. Serving as a critical bridge between brand equity and performance, this role ensures commercial excellence without compromising brand integrity.

Position Responsibilities

Own the ecommerce P&L with accountability for revenue, margin, and profitable growth across North America.

Define and execute the long-term ecommerce growth strategy, translating business objectives into annual and quarterly roadmaps.

Identify and scale new growth levers across customer acquisition, retention, average order value, and lifetime value.

Establish performance frameworks and governance to ensure disciplined execution against financial targets.

Website & Customer Experience

Along with Global team, this role will set the vision for a best-in-class digital customer experience, optimizing UX/UI, checkout, and conversion across platforms.

Oversee site performance, mobile experience, personalization, and accessibility standards.

Lead the evolution of an integrated omnichannel journey in partnership with retail, CRM, and customer service teams.

Provide regional insights to help inform & review the digital merchandising strategy, including gifting, promotions, and content storytelling.

Support local planning on product launches and seasonal campaigns to maximize commercial impact while preserving brand equity.

Partner with inventory planning and supply chain leadership to align demand, availability, and sell-through.

Marketing, Media & Customer Acquisition

Lead the local digital media and acquisition strategy, with oversight of agency partners and performance channels including paid media and SEO. Full accountability for media investment, performance, and ROI across paid channels.

Along with Global team, align promotional calendars, offers, and campaigns with revenue and margin objectives.

Leverage advanced analytics to optimize ROAS and customer lifetime value.

Set planning frameworks, and testing roadmaps in partnership with agency teams, holding partners accountable to performance, innovation, and best-in-class execution.

Partner cross-functionally with global teams to ensure media activations reinforce brand equity while delivering measurable commercial impact.

Data & Analytics

Establish KPI frameworks and reporting cadence across revenue, conversion, AOV, retention, margin, and customer health.

Champion a test-and-learn culture through experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization.

Synthesize insights and present strategic performance updates to senior executive stakeholders at both local and global levels.

Leadership & Team Development

Lead a high-performing team including 2 managers, online beauty advisors & agency partners.

Set clear objectives, success metrics, and development plans aligned with business priorities.

Foster a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement

Position Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Experience)

7–10+ years of ecommerce or digital commerce experience

3–5+ years in a leadership or management role

Proven track record of driving ecommerce revenue growth

Strong analytical and financial acumen (P&L ownership)

Experience with ecommerce platforms, media strategy with emphasis on digital (Social & SEM), e-CRM and analytic tools
