Description Director of Ecommerce - LA Beauty Brand A top trend‑forward beauty brand in Los Angeles is seeking a Director of Ecommerce to lead and accelerate its rapidly growing DTC business. You'll own the full digital ecosystem including ecommerce, paid media, CRM, and site experience and play a central role in shaping the brand's digital strategy, launches, and customer journey. What You'll Do Drive DTC growth across site, paid media, and lifecycle channels Own ecommerce site strategy, prioritization, testing, and optimization Lead digital programming for launches and brand moments across all customer touchpoints Oversee CRM, segementation, loyalty, and retention strategy to maximize LTV Manage paid media budgets, channel mix, and creative strategy with internal teams and agencies Build scalable workflows and manage agency/vendor relationships to ensure efficiency and performance Profile Ideally looking for a Director of Ecommerce in the beauty industry with deep expertise leading end-to-end DTC performance.
