What You’ll Own Food Safety Leadership
Lead and elevate all food safety systems (HACCP, SSOPs)
Ensure USDA/FSIS and GFSI compliance with confidence
Act as the go-to leader for FSIS relationships and audit success
Operational Influence
Work side-by-side with Production, Sanitation, and Maintenance
Solve issues in real time and drive accountability across the floor
Team & Culture
Build, coach, and develop a high-performing FSQA team
Create a culture where food safety is owned at every level
Turn data into action, identify trends, solve root causes, and implement lasting solutions
Customer Confidence
Lead investigations, product disposition, and corrective actions
Ensure consistent delivery of safe, high-quality products
What You Bring
5+ years of FSQA leadership in food manufacturing
Strong expertise in HACCP, SSOPs, and USDA/FSIS
A leadership style that drives accountability and collaboration
Sharp problem-solving skills and sound decision-making
Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a plant environment
Bachelor’s degree (Food Science or related) preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Flexibility to support operations as needed
