We are looking for a proactive Account Manager
to build strong client relationships and ensure our customers achieve success with our solutions. You will act as the primary contact for clients, guiding them through onboarding, usage, and growth. The goal is to help clients get maximum value, leading to long-term satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client goals and ensure our solutions meet their needs.
Support clients during onboarding and training.
Monitor usage, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, product) to resolve client issues.
Share best practices and recommend additional services to help clients grow.
Track client health and prepare regular updates on performance.
Requirements
Proven experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
Experience in SAAS is a plus.
A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering value.
