
Site Director (Relocation to US)

We are currently seeking a Site Director open to relocation within the United States; the final location will be defined based on business needs and candidate fit.
In this unique opportunity, you will take on a high-impact leadership role within a fast-growing international company, contributing directly to the operational excellence and strategic growth of AIRE in North America.
The role As the Site Director, you will be accountable for the management and optimization of our site, ensuring a top-notch customer experience in adherence to established company quality standards. Your role will extend to meeting financial objectives, overseeing teams, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities Operations
Lead daily briefings to ensure seamless opening procedures, emphasizing facility maintenance and cleanliness checks, with a focus on critical areas such as swimming pools, massage rooms, and common spaces.
Conduct daily briefings with a cross‑functional team, fostering collaboration among the entire team.
Proactively address unforeseen incidents or requests, overseeing their resolution and providing constructive feedback to inspire continuous improvement.
Facilitate weekly meetings with Managers for ongoing project updates and agenda discussions, promoting a cohesive team approach.
Host monthly group sessions with Managers to tackle operational and organizational matters, fostering a collaborative and solution‑oriented environment.
Conduct individual monthly meetings with each Manager, focusing on reviewing KPIs, NPS, and protocol enhancements for continuous growth and development.
Facilities and Supplies Management
Supervise technical equipment, furniture, decor, and cleaning, holding budgetary responsibility.
Oversee maintenance operations, make operational decisions, and coordinate with relevant departments.
Review and approve purchase requests, maintain supplier relationships, and control budgets.
Economic Management, Coordination, and Reporting
Collaborate on annual budget creation, proposing actions for increased occupancy and turnover.
Monitor and control expenditures through regular meetings with Managers and suppliers.
Provide weekly trend reports to the CEO, Operations, and Marketing, participating in monthly committee meetings.
People Management
Conduct periodic meetings with Managers to address people‑related issues.
Participate in the selection process for internal and external positions.
Monitor training courses, and support HR in social representation and disciplinary matters.
Who You Are
Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager in the Hospitality, Wellness, or Fitness industries.
A minimum of 6 years of proven and successful experience in leadership roles, specifically within the Hospitality, Wellness, or Fitness industry.
Fluent in both English and Spanish.
A Degree in Tourism, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience with openings in the industry is preferred.
Experience or familiarity with Spa facilities is preferred.
Experience monitoring operational reports and making data‑informed decisions.
Experience managing customer satisfaction using surveys and continuous improvement plans.
