Leading construction teams across multiple sites to ensure timely project delivery, adherence to budget, and compliance with specifications. Driving a culture of safety, process adherence, and high performance. Nurturing client relationships and preparing executive-level reports. Advancing innovative construction methods, including BIM/VDC and prefabrication techniques. What we are looking for:
Adept construction management experience with a solid leadership background. Demonstrated success in managing data center or mission-critical projects valued at $100M or more. Robust technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and cooling systems. Proficiency in project controls, scheduling, and engaging stakeholders effectively.
