Director, HRIS
is responsible for providing vision, leadership, planning, budgeting, project coordination, and management for Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), while facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business technology needs within the Office of Talent Management (OTM).
Ten (10) years of experience in HRIS, must have Workday experience.
A candidate with HR operations experiences along with HRIS. Also, if the HRIS department has reported up through HR vs IT.
