Overview
The Director of HRIS leads vision, strategy, budgeting, project oversight, and management for Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), supporting seamless operations aligned with the Office of Talent Management's (OTM) current and emerging tech needs. Reporting to OTM executives, this position drives best-practice implementation of systems and data strategies, maintains HR system integrations with core applications, and collaborates with OTM, IT, and the CISO to advance priorities and achieve key results. The role ensures reliable, high-quality service delivery across the organization. Key Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of HR workflows. Strong grasp of business operations and translating them into actionable specs. Proven project management, multitasking, and prioritization skills. Advanced analytical and data analysis abilities. Submission Criteria
