
Investor Relations Associate (private credit or direct lending required)

Korn Ferry has partnered with a rapidly growing private credit fund focused on delivering attractive risk‑adjusted returns through disciplined underwriting and active portfolio management. With strong performance and increasing investor demand, we are expanding our Investor Relations team to support ongoing fundraising efforts and deepen relationships with institutional and high‑net‑worth investors.
Position Overview The Investor Relations Associate will play a critical role in supporting the firm’s capital raising initiatives and maintaining strong investor relationships. This individual will work closely with senior members of the fundraising team to manage investor communications, coordinate diligence processes, and support marketing and reporting efforts.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‑oriented, analytical, and highly organized professional to gain exposure to fundraising strategy, institutional investors, and private credit markets within a dynamic, growth‑oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in executing fundraising strategies across institutional, family office, and high‑net‑worth channels
Prepare and maintain marketing materials, including pitch decks, fund summaries, and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs)
Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and follow‑ups
Track fundraising pipeline activity and maintain CRM systems
Investor Communications
Respond to investor inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Support the preparation and distribution of quarterly reports, capital call notices, and performance updates
Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate investor records and capital activity schedules
Support analysis of fundraising metrics and investor trends
Ensure consistency and quality control across investor‑facing materials
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with investment, finance, compliance, and operations teams to gather information for reporting and diligence
Support onboarding processes for new investors
Qualifications
2–7 years of experience in investor relations, capital markets, investment banking, private equity, private credit, or asset management
Strong understanding of private fund structures and fundraising processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
Bachelor’s degree required; finance, economics, or related field preferred
Preferred Attributes
Familiarity with private credit strategies
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
