
Analyst - Placement Agent

Our client is a leading global placement agent advising private market managers on capital raising across private equity, private credit and real assets.
The firm is seeking an experienced Analyst to join its team in Los Angeles. The Analyst will support senior deal professionals in fundraising and investor relations activities, working closely with institutional investors and private market managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Support senior sales professionals in fundraising campaigns across private markets strategies Prepare and maintain marketing materials, pitch books, and investor presentations Conduct investor research and maintain CRM records Assist with investor outreach, meeting coordination, and follow-ups Analyze fund performance data and market trends Support due diligence processes and respond to investor inquiries Collaborate with global teams to execute fundraising strategies Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Investor Relations, fundraising, or a related role Demonstrated exposure to PE, Private Credit or Real Assets strategies Active FINRA Series 7, 63 or SIE licenses Strong interest in sales, fundraising, and institutional investors Excellent written and verbal communication skills Batchelor's Degree Strong analytical skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
