Bespoke Connections is a global placement firm working with a select number of private markets managers across private equity, private credit and niche alternative strategies, supporting their capital raising across Europe and beyond.
We're looking to hire a Senior Private Markets Fundraiser to expand our investor coverage across the DACH region.
The Role:
This is a front-office, commercially focused role centred on building and managing relationships with investors across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will work closely with leading GPs and take an active role in driving fundraising processes from initial outreach through to execution. Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with LPs across DACH (institutional investors, family offices, wealth managers) Drive fundraising processes across a range of private markets mandates Originate meetings and maintain ongoing dialogue with investors Represent mandates in meetings, roadshows and events Provide market feedback and investor insights to clients Collaborate with internal team and external partners on investor coverage and execution Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years’ experience in private markets fundraising, investor relations or institutional sales Proven track record of working with investors across DACH Strong existing network across pensions, insurers, family offices and wealth platforms Solid understanding of private equity, private credit and alternative strategies Highly commercial, proactive and execution-driven Fluent in German and English Our Offer
Fixed Annual Retainer/Salary: €75K - €120K p/annum (to start with & can increase after 1 year) Commissions on Top: 30% on net success fees earned as a result of funds raised Full flexibility with remote working from home Attend major industry conferences and networking opportunities If you are a seasoned professional ready to contribute strategically to our European expansion and work on world-class opportunities, we would love to hear from you!
