A leading real estate investment firm is seeking an
Investor Relations Associate
to support global fundraising, investor communications, and client servicing efforts. This individual will play a key role in supporting existing limited partners and prospective investors, with a
primary focus on APAC coverage . The role offers broad exposure across fundraising, investor reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration with senior leadership, investments, finance, and legal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a day‑to‑day point of contact for
institutional investors and consultants , with emphasis on
APAC‑based LPs
Support fundraising efforts across commingled funds, separate accounts, and co‑investments
Prepare and manage investor communications, including:
Pitchbooks, PPMs, fact sheets, case studies, and marketing presentations
DDQs, RFPs, consultant questionnaires, and ad‑hoc diligence requests
Quarterly and annual investor reports, capital call and distribution notices
Coordinate closely with internal teams (Investments, Asset Management, Finance, Legal, Compliance) to gather and synthesize fund and portfolio information
Assist in planning and execution of investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and annual meetings (AGMs)
Maintain CRM systems and investor pipelines; track fundraising activity and reporting deadlinesProvide feedback to senior leadership on investor sentiment, regional trends, and fundraising progress
Ensure all investor communications meet regulatory and compliance standards
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
2-5 years of experience
in investor relations, capital formation, placement advisory, investment banking, or asset management
Prior exposure to
real estate private equity, real assets, or alternatives
strongly preferred
Experience working with
institutional investors
and familiarity with fundraising and diligence processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills; highly detail‑oriented
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar)
APAC regional experience or international investor exposure is a plus
